Scale Key Values is a 3ds max tool for quickly scaling keyframe values in the Track View.
Parameter for specifying the median where keyframe values are scaled towards or away from.
Include or exclude dimensions in multi-dimensional controllers.
Snap function to round the scale value to the nearest specified snap value.
The tool provides clamping of values, as well as randomization of values.
